The Dream Team
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I bring a well-rounded background in residential work—including interior renovations, exterior upgrades, and home additions. My focus is strictly on residential projects, where I can provide the most value and personal attention.
I’ve built strong, long-term relationships with a trusted team of subcontractors, and I collaborate closely with skilled designers who can provide everything from 3D renderings and reimagined floor plans to site plans ready for city submission when required.
What sets me apart is my commitment to being present and involved on the job site. I pride myself on clear communication, transparency, and availability throughout the entire project. Having started my career as a laborer—doing everything from painting and demolition to plumbing—I understand how every phase of a project should flow. That experience has shaped the way I manage jobs today, ensuring they are run efficiently and with attention to detail.
Cleanliness and site safety are priorities on all of my projects. I maintain a tidy work environment, and for larger jobs, I include two professional cleanings—one mid-project and one upon completion—built into the bid, not as an added line item. I’m also diligent about securing the home: making sure doors are locked, alarms are set, and gates are closed to ensure pets and property are safe at all times.
